An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide high-level support to a group of senior leaders within a respected healthcare organisation. Description

Reporting into senior leadership, the Executive Support Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to multiple senior leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments and scheduling requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, including venue and logistics management.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and other executive documentation.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
  • Manage executive correspondence, emails and confidential communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems and governance documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines, commitments and follow-up actions on behalf of executives.
  • Support broader administrative and operational activities as required.
  • Build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholder groups.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Support Officer position.
  • Strong diary, email and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Professional judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience within healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit environments will be highly regarded.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from $80k - $90k + Super + Salary Packaging.
  • Permanent full-time position Monday - Friday.
  • Start date from 29th of September.
