Tonna Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team.
Based in Melbourne’s west, Tonna Heating & Cooling works across residential new builds, existing homes, custom projects, commercial installations, service and maintenance.
With more than 40 years in the industry, our business has been built on quality workmanship, reliable service and long-term relationships with builders, homeowners and commercial clients.
We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, takes pride in their work and wants to develop their skills within an established and supportive company.
As an apprentice with Tonna Heating & Cooling, you’ll gain practical experience working alongside experienced tradespeople across a wide range of HVAC and mechanical plumbing projects.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in:
No two days will necessarily be the same, giving you exposure to different systems, environments and types of work throughout your apprenticeship.
You don’t need to know everything — that’s what an apprenticeship is for.
Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction or another trade is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
We believe apprentices learn best when they are given proper training, good support and exposure to quality work.
You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople and have the opportunity to learn how to do the job properly from the ground up.
