CSA Specialised Services, part of the Waste Services Group (WSG), is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing Liquids Division. As one of Australia's leading integrated waste management and environmental services providers, our parent company WSG continues to expand nationally.
Reporting to the Sales Account Manager - Victoria, the Sales Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate administration of operational and customer data across multiple systems and portals. Acting as a key link between Operations, Sales, Billing and Finance teams, you'll help ensure jobs are correctly recorded, invoiced, and reconciled while supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service.
