Senior Bookkeeper - WFH Flexibility

Job Description
Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage bookkeeping and payroll for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries.

The role is primarily office-based in Dandenong, with the opportunity to work from home once you are established in the position.
\n
Your responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Managing end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients \n
- Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations \n
- Processing payroll and ensuring payroll compliance \n
- Processing superannuation and payroll reporting \n
- Managing payroll through Employment Hero \n
- Assisting with BAS preparation \n
- Coding transactions and interpreting Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts \n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records \n
- Liaising directly with clients and handling bookkeeping queries \n
- Assisting with month-end bookkeeping processes \n

About you:

looking for a confident and experienced Bookkeeper who enjoys working with clients and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
\n
Ideally, you will have:
\n
- \n
- Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within an accounting or bookkeeping practice \n
- Strong Employment Hero Payroll experience – essential \n
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience \n
- Experience with Xero and MYOB \n
- Strong payroll knowledge, including awards, superannuation and STP \n
- Excellent reconciliation skills \n
- Strong communication and client service skills \n
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail \n
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple clients \n
