With continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Installer / Carpenter to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship, can confidently read plans and measurements, and enjoys seeing a quality installation come together from start to finish.

About the Role \n

Working across a variety of sites throughout Melbourne, you will be responsible for installing premium gates, fencing and associated systems while ensuring each project is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Install premium aluminium gates, fencing and associated systems
\n
• Install gate automation equipment where required
\n
• Read and interpret construction plans, shop drawings and measurements
\n
• Complete installations accurately and efficiently
\n
• Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
\n
• Troubleshoot installation issues and identify practical solutions on site
\n
• Ensure projects are completed within required timeframes
\n
• Maintain clean, organised and safe worksites
\n
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver a high-quality finished product
\n

What We're Looking For \n

• Current White Card
\n
• Current Driver's Licence
\n
• Ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings
\n
• Strong practical and problem‑solving skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‑on installation role
\n
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
\n

Highly Regarded \n

\n
• Carpentry or trade background
\n
• Previous experience installing gates, fencing or similar products
\n
• Experience with gate automation systems
\n
• Welding experience
\n
• Excavator, forklift or other relevant machinery tickets
\n
