In this role, you'll operate as the senior process and solution lead for Manufacturing & Production Planning, partnering closely with operational leaders, ERP implementation partners and other technical teams. You'll take ownership of process design, requirements, testing and implementation, ensuring solutions are fir for purpose and aligned to future-state manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Engage effectively across all levels of the organisation to build alignment and maintain strong program momentum.
\n
• Document current and future state processes, manage requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics and Dispatch.
\n
• Act as a senior SME for manufacturing processes, providing guidance and serving as a point of escalation for high impact decisions.
\n
• Ensure delivered systems meet business requirements, align to agreed processes, and achieve a suitable level of quality and stability.

What you'll bring

\n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst, with a strong background in manufacturing environments and deep knowledge of production planning and execution processes, ideally supported by Oracle ERP experience. You bring a strong track record in process improvement, technology enabled change and and full lifecycle implementations, along with:

• Demonstrable experience across Production Planning, production execution, Logistics and Dispatch
\n
• Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives
\n
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate operational challenges into structured, actionable requirements
\n
• High integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation
\n
• Excellent problem-solving ability
\n
• Collaboration, with a strong commitment to knowledge‐sharing
