  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to keep tasks moving and resolve issues promptly
  • Contribute to process improvements and the creation of clear SOPs

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of administration experience (aviation, travel, logistics, or professional services advantageous)
  • Outstanding organisation, time management, and follow-through across multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset
  • High accuracy and attention to detail when handling documents, data, and numbers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRMs and accounting tools (e.g., Xero or MYOB) a plus
  • Comfort working remotely with reliable internet and strong digital productivity skills
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights and ability to work standard AEST/AEDT hours

The details

  • Location: Remote within Sydney or the East Coast of Australia (NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, TAS)
