Business development representative- Amazon key for business
\n
This is a field-based business-to-business role. You will spend five days per week visiting apartment buildings, meeting building managers, owners corporation representatives and other property decision-makers. You will introduce Amazon Key for Business to relevant decision-makers. This role does not involve selling products directly to apartment residents.

Key responsibilities

- Research and identify suitable apartment buildings \n
- Visit prospective buildings throughout Melbourne \n
- Introduce Amazon Key for Business to relevant decision-makers \n
- Meet with building, facilities and owners corporation managers \n
- Explain the benefits and installation process \n
- Generate qualified leads and installation opportunities \n
- Follow up prospective clients by telephone and email \n
- Maintain accurate records of buildings, contacts and outcomes \n
- Coordinate successful opportunities with our installation team \n
- Work toward agreed weekly activity and conversion targets \n

- Communicate confidently and professionally \n
- Are comfortable approaching businesses and introducing a service \n
- Can build relationships with property and building managers \n
- Are organised and able to manage your own daily schedule \n
- Are motivated by targets and measurable results \n
- Can work independently without constant supervision \n
- Have strong telephone, email and face-to-face communication skills \n
- Have basic computer and record-keeping skills \n
- Must have a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle \n
- Must have full Australian working rights \n
- $65,000 base salary plus superannuation \n
