Are you a caring, creative Lead Educator who believes every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated? At Parkwood Early Childhood, we’re seeking a Lead Educator for our 1-3 age group who wants to make a meaningful difference in a warm, nurturing 75 place boutique centre .

\n You will guide and nurture our curious 1–3-year-olds, creating play-rich, discovery-based learning experiences. You’ll be part of a close, collaborative team, with a culture built on connection, support, and shared moments.

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working toward it) \n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification (or willingness to obtain) \n
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness) \n
- Current Blue Card \n
