About the role

At Carinity – Cedarbrook,we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred agedcare that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, andconnection. In this role, you will oversee the site’sadministration and support services, working closely with theResidential Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will also provide key administrative support, superviseclerical and support staff, and maintain accurate records andinvoicing, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcomingenvironment for residents and visitors.

This is role requires availability Monday to Friday between 9:00AM and 5:06 PM.

What do you need for the role?

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration, clericalprocedures, hospitality services, and staff rostering
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Residential Aged Careenvironment
  • Demonstrated experience in the supervision of other staff,with the ability to lead and work within a team, offeringsupport and assistance when required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and auditingrequirements and infection control measures
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability torelate to all management, staff and the general public
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in theMicrosoft Office suite and administrative systems
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
