You're a natural seller, confident stylist and people person who knows how to turn a conversation into a loyal customer. You may already manage a fashion store, or you're an accomplished Assistant Store Manager ready to prove you can. You'll bring commercial drive, approachable leadership and the confidence to develop 10+ people while making targets feel exciting, not intimidating.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of up to 10 to perform at their best
- SELL & STYLE while creating genuine connections with customers
- Drive store sales, budgets and structured KPIs
- Develop your team into confident sellers and product experts
- Own store performance and create an energetic, winning culture
About you:
- Fashion retail management experience and a genuine love of selling
- Store Manager experience OR be an exceptional ASM ready to step up
- Confidence styling customers and closing sales naturally
- Strong communication, people leadership and commercial instincts
- Energy, ambition and the hunger to take a great store even further
