About the Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our Bentley Melbourne Dealership Team.

\n

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to

\n

\n
• Receipting and checking parts deliveries
\n
• Maintain the parts department in an organised manner
\n
• Accurate parts data entry into DMS system
\n
• Interpretation of parts requests using parts manuals and computer applications
\n
• Ensure all parts enquires are processed in a timely and professional manner
\n
• Assist internal staff with spare parts support when required
\n
• Provide support to customers over the phone regarding products and identification of spare parts when required
\n
• Carry out general duties from time to time as requested by the Aftersales Manager
\n

What we are looking for:

\n

\n
• Previous experience as Parts Interpreter/Advisor (dealership or aftermarket) or a strong automotive mechanical background with knowledge of ERA/Pentana is essential.
\n
• Any experience of working for brands - Audi/Skoda/VW will be an advantage.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-first attitude and competent computer literacy.
\n
• A self-motivated team player who works effectively unsupervised while easily building rapport with stakeholders.
\n
