$97.5k - $110k base + fortnightly performance incentives

About the Role

  • Carry a complex, specialised caseload with full clinical autonomy

  • Mentor and support junior clinicians informally or through a structured program

  • Collaborate across disciplines on complex or chronic presentations

  • Shape how your service area grows — if you want to

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience as a registered Physiotherapist

  • Clinical depth in MSK, sports, or a specialty area

  • Someone who leads by example, not just by title

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-site environment
