You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a secure forensic environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting mental health assessments and review
\n
• Developing and implementing care plans
\n
• Supporting patients through therapeutic interventions
\n
• Managing risk assessments and crisis situations
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
\n
• Promoting recovery-focused and patient-centred care
\n

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurs
\n
• Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent)
\n
• A passion for mental health and delivering quality patient care
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• The ability to stay calm, adaptable and confident in a dynamic environment
\n
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
