We are seeking an energetic Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our successful and rapidly expanding Wyndham team. To be successful in this role, you will need a hunger for and commitment to success, a willingness to learn, a passion to succeed and overachieve. Our ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and naturally curious about new ways of completing tasks and implementing new ideas. They will also be willing to put in extra hours when necessary and recognize that this job isn't a typical 9-5 office job.

This role will require you to be a good team player and all-rounder, and you will learn just about every aspect of the real estate sales business including:

Listing and selling activities, including general sales activity management
\n
Marketing and advertising
\n
Legal requirements and contracts
\n
Property Investment
\n
Personal and professional goal setting
\n
Early in your career, you will focus primarily on new business lead generation, honing the art of prospecting and finding new leads. This requires real grit and determination to complete the tasks and hit the numbers required, day in and day out, but it does get easier once you're on a roll! You will learn how to leverage your time, master the processes and data involved, and manage your prospecting pipeline.

You will be working side by side with one of our top agents, developing the knowledge and skills to manage, negotiate, and execute successful property transactions. This will involve learning about how to position yourself to win business, contracts and legislation, training in negotiation, being out on the road viewing, appraising properties and much, much more.

Requirements:
\n
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car is a must.
\n
Preferably, prior experience in the real estate industry in sales, property management or administration, or any other sales industry or sales administration.
\n
Possession of an Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain it quickly.
\n
The Agents Representative Certificate must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
\n
