We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our team! As an Analyst within our Customer team, you'll be responsible for analysing customer and market data to deliver actionable insights that help drive growth and improve customer experiences across the Kmart Group. You'll work with a variety of data sources and stakeholders to provide reporting, identify trends and support key business decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering reporting and insights on customer behaviour, engagement and market trends.
• Analysing customer, research and Voice of Customer data to understand customer experiences across online and in-store channels.
• Providing insights into customer segments, growth opportunities and changing purchasing behaviours.
• Working with Flybuys and other customer data assets to identify key customer trends and opportunities.
• Partnering with Data, AI and BI teams to automate reporting and improve customer insight workflows.
• Preparing clear, actionable recommendations that support business decisions across merchandising, stores and broader stakeholder groups.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• 1-3 years' experience in analytics, reporting or customer insights roles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with descriptive analytics, reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with customer, marketing, digital or retail datasets.
• Experience analysing research, survey or Voice of Customer data.
• Strong data wrangling and manipulation skills across databases and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality outcomes on time.
• A curious mindset and the confidence to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.
• Experience working in a retail environment, ideally with Kmart or Target, will be highly regarded.
