Support people, systems and employee experience across a growing agricultural investment business
Gunn Agri Partners is a growing agricultural investment and farm management business with a diverse portfolio across Australia.
We are looking for a part-time Administrator - People & Culture to support our team with practical, well-organised administration across people systems, employee records, onboarding, reporting and day-to-day coordination.
Reporting to the Divisional Director - People & Culture, you will play an important support role in keeping our People & Culture processes accurate, efficient and easy to manage.
This role would suit someone who enjoys helping others, is confident with systems and administration, and is detail-focused while also being action-oriented and able to take initiative.
You will bring demonstrated administration experience and be tech savvy, ideally with exposure to HR, payroll, systems or another environment where accuracy, organisation and discretion mattered.
This is a practical, hands-on role in a supportive People & Culture team, with the opportunity to contribute across systems, administration, reporting and employee experience.
