The Opportunity: \n

As a hands-on Operations Manager , reporting to the CEO, you will have genuine ownership of the site's operational performance, leading a close-knit team and driving improvements across production, people, safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
\n
This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives in being on the floor, close to the operation and engaged with your team. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with cutting-edge technology and have a strong focus on obtaining measurable results and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: \n

Overseeing daily manufacturing & operational activities to ensure efficient site performance
\n - \n
Lead a multi-functional team across production, warehousing and operations to achieve safety, quality and output targets
\n - \n
Drive operational KPIs including OEE, PIFOT, DIFOT, waste reduction, labour efficiency and output
\n - \n
Managing operational budgets and costs to support business performance
\n - \n
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
\n - \n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across site
\n - \n
Work collaboratively across site to support business objectives
\n
Key Requirements: \n
\n

Proven experience in an Operations, Production or Manufacturing Manager role
\n - \n
Background within food manufacturing, FMCG or similar environment
\n - \n
Hands-on leadership and mentoring capability to drive team excellence
\n - \n
Demonstrated success in process improvement, compliance and delivery
\n - \n
An analytical mindset and ability to interpret operational data and drive decisions
\n - \n
Strong operational and continuous improvement mindset
\n
