Senior Property Manager | Inner Suburbs | $80K-$85K + SUPER
\n An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing Property Management team following the recent acquisition of an established rent roll.
\n Managing approximately 150 properties across the Inner Suburbs , you’ll be supported by dedicated routine inspection, entry and exit resources, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service across your portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing: \n
\n

\n
• Oversee the end-to-end property management processof approximately 150 properties
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
\n
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters
\n
• Work closely with support staff across routine inspections, entries and exits
\n
• Manage day-to-day portfolio requirements
\n
• Ensure properties are maintained and managed to a high standard
\n
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
\n

What We’re Looking For: \n

• Experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
\n
• Strong understanding of end-to-end property management
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail
\n
• Ability to manage a 150-property portfolio confidently
\n
• Team-focused with the ability to work independently
\n
• Current Agent Representative Certificate
\n
