With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients.
Easily accessible via the 86 tram and Mernda train line—both within walking distance—and with over 400 on-site parking spaces, our property is ideally positioned. We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who thrives on a challenge and is ready to make an impact!
In this role, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our restaurant, bar, cafe, room service and conferencing operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, and a motivated, high-performing team.
