This is an exciting opportunity to join DSS Facilities as a full-time Client Service Manager based in Revesby, NSW. You’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that our cleaning operations are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership and relationship-building skills will help drive continued growth and client success.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
Oversee scheduling, rostering, and deployment of cleaning staff to client sites.
Monitor service delivery, address client concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Provide regular performance updates and ensure contract requirements are met.
Identify opportunities for service expansion and account growth.
Mentor and guide the operations team to maintain high standards of professionalism and safety.
Proven experience in a client-facing or operations role within the cleaning services industry.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong client relationships.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Understanding of relevant industry standards, compliance, and WHS practices.
