• Oversee food safety protocols and ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

• Support the management team in achieving operational targets and maintaining restaurant standards.

Requirements \n

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role within the fast food or hospitality industry.

• Strong ability to delegate tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.

• Full availability across a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
