About the Role

\n

Leveraging strong clinical knowledge and commercial expertise, the Sales Representative will drive growth across an established territory, partnering with Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes. Representing Arthrex's market-leading DEX & Trauma portfolio, you will build trusted customer relationships, grow market share, and contribute to the continued success of the business.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering sales results in line with the business strategy for Arthrex's market leading DEX portfolio products
\n
• Overseeing and managing key accounts in your sales region
\n
• Mapping out and converting leads to execute successful product launches
\n
• Actively supporting tenders and managing Private Hospital Group accounts
\n
• Using metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance
\n
• Attending cases and providing clinical support for DEX procedures
\n

About the Requirements

\n

\n
• Successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or Surgical/Theatre sales is highly desirable
\n
• Degree Qualifications in Health Science or related discipline
\n
• Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
\n
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
\n
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
\n
