Advanced Standing Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a centralised university Admissions team as an Advanced Standing Assessor on a temporary casual contract through to 31 December 2026.
\n
Working within the Senior Officer, Admissions function, you will play an important role in assessing advanced standing and credit applications, reviewing academic documentation and applying university policies, course rules and established precedents.
\n
This role will suit an experienced higher education professional who enjoys analytical work, has exceptional attention to detail and is confident making sound decisions within a policy-driven environment.
\n
With workloads fluctuating throughout peak admissions and offer periods, you'll be comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.

About You

You are an experienced higher education professional with a strong understanding of admissions, credit assessment or student administration processes.
\n
You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:

You will also bring:

Systems Experience
\n
Experience with the following systems will be highly regarded:
\n
\n
Experience with other university student management systems such as Callista, Banner or similar will also be considered.
\n
