Greenstaff Medical is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis across Melbourne and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to deliver critical care services in a dynamic healthcare environment. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialised nursing care to patients requiring intensive medical support. This casual position offers flexibility whilst allowing you to make a significant impact on patient outcomes within one of the most demanding and rewarding areas of healthcare.

What we're looking for
Substantial experience working in an Intensive Care Unit or similar critical care setting
Advanced life support qualification (ALS) or willingness to obtain this certification
Excellent assessment, decision-making and clinical reasoning skills in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple complex patients simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
Flexibility and adaptability to work across various ICU specialties and departments
