About the Role
\n
As a General Practice Nurse – Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with General Practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You will support a range of clinical and preventative health services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
\n
General Practice experience is essential for this position.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n

- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in a general practice setting \n
- Assist with clinical procedures, treatments and patient care \n
- Support chronic disease management, care plans and health assessments \n
- Deliver preventative health initiatives and patient education \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation \n
- Utilise recall and reminder systems to support best practice care \n
- Work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare professionals \n
- Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities \n

About You
\n
You are a motivated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced general practice environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
\n
You will also have:
\n
- \n
- Diploma of Nursing \n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse \n
- Essential: Demonstrated experience working in General Practice \n
- Strong knowledge of infection control, clinical procedures and Medicare billing \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively \n
- A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality care \n
