About this opportunity
\n A rareSenior Associate role is now on offer for a provenCommercial Lawyer to work on broad range ofcomplex corporate & commercial matters often requiring aninnovative mindset to deliver the solutions to achieve clients' desired outcomes. The clients here include investors/entrepreneurs/financiers, SME's and family-owned businesses, in addition to larger corporates.

Fundamentally this role will involve providing timely, commercially astute and strategic advice and mentoring ona good mix of commercial advisory related matters eg.:-

• Business/Asset & share sales and acquisitions
\n
• Corporate restructures
\n
• Joint ventures/Investment agreements
\n
• Complex Unitholder and shareholder agreements
\n
• Contractual agreements & terms of trade;
\n
• Intellectual Property
\n
• Corporate governance
\n
• Privacy compliance matters
\n
• Contractual agreements;
\n

Desired candidates \n

• Our client is looking for aSenior Associate level Lawyer who iscommercially astute , articulate and has agood sense of humour withoutstanding technical skills ;
