Seeking an experienced Head Chef or Senior Cook to oversee kitchen operations and deliver outstanding dining experiences within a well-established hospitality venue. This is a full-time permanent position in a busy, reputable local establishment.

About the Role

  • Essential: advanced culinary skills, proven leadership experience, and Permanent Resident visa eligibility.
  • Salary range: competitive within the $90,000 to $110,000 per annum bracket.
  • Location: within a scenic coastal area in New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all kitchen functions including supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and hygiene compliance.
  • Efficiently manage inventory control, ordering, and stock levels.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Develop and refine menu items, including specials, reflecting customer preferences and seasonal availability.
