Our client, a well-established warehouse operation based in Yarraville, is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday 2:15pm-10:15pm.

Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
\n
• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse personnel
\n
• Ensure all inbound and outbound freight is processed efficiently
\n
• Monitor productivity and maintain workflow across the shift
\n
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control procedures
\n
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
\n
• Assist with forklift operations and general warehouse duties as required
\n
• Liaise with management regarding operational performance and staffing requirements
\n

About You \n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n
• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader position
\n
• Strong leadership and communication skills
\n
• Forklift Licence (LF) essential
\n
• Sound understanding of warehouse systems and processes
\n
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
\n
