Our people are united by a common belief: that we can outperform in everything we do. We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our People team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring leaders to identify, engage and attract high-quality talent across construction, engineering, project delivery and corporate functions. Through proactive sourcing and market mapping, you'll build strong talent pipelines, uncover new talent opportunities and provide market insights that support informed hiring decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, building relationships and uncovering opportunities that support long-term recruitment success. This role can be based at any of our head offices: Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney.
