This unique opportunity is based in our new Berry, South Coast sanctuary, combining both spa therapy and retail expertise. We are recruiting for multiple part- time and casual roles, weekend availability is a must.
We understand that therapists may find working hands-on to be physically demanding, so we offer a dual role that blends spa therapy with retail shifts, providing balance and variety in your week.

Leads by example, inspiring both clients and colleagues with a passion for self-care rituals that benefit skin, mind, and body.
Provides exceptional, five-star service, going above and beyond to create a luxurious and memorable experience for every guest.
Has a passion for natural skincare and wellbeing, embracing the iKOU ethos of clean beauty and holistic self-care.
Brings a proactive, positive attitude and works collaboratively in a team environment.
Educates and guides guests with tailored skincare and wellness solutions, ensuring they leave feeling nurtured and inspired.
Supports retail sales and consultations, confidently recommending products that align with guests' needs.
Assists in the daily operations of the spa and retail boutique, including administration, retail sales, and general spa upkeep.
Understands the importance of an immaculate spa environment and takes pride in presentation and cleanliness.
Minimum Cert IV in Beauty Therapy, with a preference for Diploma-qualified therapists (Level 6 under the Hair & Beauty Award).
If applying as a massage therapist, willingness to receive in-spa training to perform iKOU facials is preferred.
Proven experience in a spa or clinic environment, delivering high-quality facial and body treatments.
