What You'll Be Doing \n

- Working closely with advisers to support client outcomes \n
- Supporting and coordinating a small offshore administration team \n
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders \n
- Assisting with investment transactions, cash movements and related administration \n
- Monitoring workflow and maintaining high service standards \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes \n
What We're Looking For \n

- Experience within financial planning or wealth management \n
- Strong understanding of advice implementation and client service processes \n
- Experience using Xplan \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail \n
- A proactive approach and genuine commitment to client service \n
