Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Roofing)

CrewSELECT is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join a reputable and thriving roofing business. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in delivering commercial construction projects across the Perth metro area.
Location: Office based in Osborne Park and projects are across the Perth Metro Area.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Salary: Up to $160k per annum + VEHCILE
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating the roof plumbing teams within a commercial environment.
- Provide job specific instructions to personnel on daily basis and monitor progress of works.
- Interpreting and marking up plans.

Key Skills Required:
- Extensive knowledge and managment of Commercial Construction Projects (Roofing, Cladding preferred)
- Team player and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve, think outside the box and get the job done.
Requirements:
- Drivers licence
- Working at heights or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
- Construction card.
