Scrum Masters are currently required for a three-month contract to support the establishment of new teams as part of a broader transition of ICT teams to a Shared Services model. We are looking for adaptable professionals who can coach teams that are new to agile, work effectively in an ICT/shared services environment, and tailor methodologies to suit the unique needs of each team rather than applying frameworks rigidly.
Key Responsibilities \n

- Establish and embed appropriate Scrum or Kanban ways of working tailored to the team's environment. \n
- Coach team members and leaders who are relatively new to agile methodologies. \n
- Help teams structure, visualize, and manage their work and demand. \n
- Implement meaningful team and flow metrics to support continuous improvement. \n

What You Bring \n

- Strong practical experience in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies. \n
- A solid understanding of SAFe/scaled agile environments \n
- Exceptional coaching and communication skills \n
- A pragmatic and adaptable approach to framework implementation. \n
- Ability to work in a newly forming team environment and build sustainable practices from the ground up. \n
