As we continue to secure and pursue major opportunities across Australia, we're seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team. While pipeline construction experience will be highly regarded, we're equally interested in experienced construction estimators from related infrastructure sectors who are ready to bring their expertise to a business known for delivering complex, technically challenging projects.
\n
This role can be based from any McConnell Dowell office in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

The Opportunity
\n
Working closely with operational and engineering teams, you'll play a critical role in developing competitive, well-considered tenders across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. You'll contribute to project strategy from the earliest stages, helping shape winning solutions that balance commercial outcomes, delivery certainty and client expectations.
\n
The role includes preparing cost estimates and tender submissions, analysing technical and commercial documentation, engaging subcontractors and suppliers, conducting risk assessments, and supporting contract negotiations and project handovers.
