We’re Hiring: Experienced Case Manager | Full-Time \n

We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team in a full-time role.
\n
This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands‑on experience working in an Australian migration practice and can confidently manage client files and progress matters with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
Essential experience \n
- \n
- Previous experience working as a Migration Case Manager, Migration Assistant or in a similar migration-focused role \n
- Strong experience with client file management and case progression \n
- Experience using Migration Manager \n
- Practical experience handling Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 matters \n
- Experience with skilled visas and Graduate visas \n
- Experience preparing, managing or supporting Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) matters \n
- Confidence working with multiple active matters, deadlines, documentation and client communication \n
- Strong written communication, organisation and attention to detail \n
