Yardie/Grounds & Maintenance Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Keep car parks, driveways and outdoor areas clean and tidy
• Remove rubbish and maintain waste areas
• Pressure wash and clean outdoor surfaces
• Change light bulbs and carry out basic maintenance tasks
• Clean and maintain air-conditioning units and filters
• Replace tap washers and carry out minor plumbing maintenance
• Assist with general maintenance, painting and repairs
• Check and report maintenance issues
• Maintain tools, equipment and storage areas
• Assist with receiving, storing and distributing linen

About you

• Reliable, practical, physically capable, safety-conscious and able to work independently
• Follow workplace health and safety and responsible service requirements
