This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager, or an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role. As the 2IC to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll have genuine influence across the operation with a clear pathway into senior Food & Beverage leadership. About the Role You'll lead daily service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, café and events, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll coach the team, uphold service standards and lead the day-to-day running of the venue. What You'll Be Doing Lead front-of-house operations across Grain Restaurant, Grain Café and Woody's Bar. Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team. Deliver exceptional guest experiences while showcasing Tasmania's food and wine. Support rostering, ordering, stock control, compliance and daily operations. Assist with events and step into the Food & Beverage Manager's role when required. What You'll Bring At least 3 years’ experience leading a busy restaurant, bar or premium hospitality venue. Completed at minimum a Diploma in Hospitality Management Strong leadership skills and a passion for exceptional service. Confidence managing rosters, stock and operational performance.
