Selection Criteria

First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain such within 3 months of commencement in the position.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
Demonstrated knowledge of woodwork procedures and equipment use.
Understanding of Work, Health and Safety.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a team.
Experience working with people with a disability and/or awareness of the challenges of returning to work after a severe injury.
Willingness to undertake internal training as a Manual Handling: Workplace Trainer.
Demonstrated understanding of Risk Management principles as applied in a woodworking environment.
