What You Will Get To Do:
- Provide accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions
- Address enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Uphold the company’s values and ensure high service standards in every interaction
What You Will Bring:
- 2-3 years' experience within financial services, superannuation, insurance or investments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes
- Availability to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days in the office per week, with flexibility to do more)
- RG146 compliant
- Available to start late end of October 2026.
