Since inception, our vertically integrated structure, including our own laboratories, manufacturing, retail stores, and brand infrastructure, have enabled us to rapidly identify opportunities and deliver quality. Home to The Ordinary, NIOD, AVESTAN, and other emerging brands, our goal is to create with purpose. We were founded on the principle of doing everything that others don’t. DECIEM is hiring seasonal Store and Counter Associates for the upcoming peak season!

We have multiple opportunities for you to work between our store locations in Melbourne, AU.

Store locations

  • Myer Doncaster
  • Myer Northland

THE DETAILS

Available to work flexible shifts 15h per week

Commit to a seasonal contract from October 19 until January 10th

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Providing product advice to customers
  • Keeping the sales floor tidy and organized
  • Managing customer feedback and queries
  • Being a team player so that the team can work collectively to thrive while spreading brand awareness

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE?

  • Previous Retail experience is a Strong nice-to-have :-)
  • Customer centric
  • Love for Beauty products and passion for skincare
  • Flexible and open availability
  • Keen to Learn & Create Impact
