We are an extremely busy family-owned window furnishings and interiors company supplying internal and external blinds & awnings, curtains, shutters and soft furnishings to both the residential, hospitality and commercial markets with over 30years of experience.

An opportunity exists for a self-motivatedand organised person with customer service focus, to join oursmall professional team. Full on the job training will be given however some experience in the industry would be a bonus.Role responsibilities include
\n
answering calls and managing email inboxes ensuring excellent customer service and follow up across our estimating, purchasing and interiors team
\n
working with project manager and receiving all incoming stock from suppliers and checking off goods client by client in our digital tracking system as well as on paper files
\n
managing installers schedules and booking jobs with customers on phone and email. communicating eta's and managing client expectation with excellent organisation skills
\n
keeping sample library stocked and sending out sample packs of fabric cuttings to clients
\n
some office admin tasks required, keep up to date stationery, bathroom and kitchen supplies, samples and hangers from textile company reps
\n
The successful candidate will be a general all rounder able to multi-task and assist in different areas, have good attention to detail skills, a great memory and be able to work confidently under pressure.
