We're looking for a passionate, qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team. About the Role
\n
As our Early Childhood (Pre-primary School) Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support each child's development across all domains, working closely with families, colleagues and the broader centre community. Key Responsibilities
\n

- Plan and structure learning experiences in both indoor and outdoor environments, using a variety of materials and equipment to support children's development \n
- Design activities that build motor skills, cooperative social skills, confidence and understanding \n
- Promote language development through storytelling, role play, songs, rhymes and individual and group discussions \n
- Observe and assess children's progress, and identify early signs of ill health, emotional disturbance or other developmental concerns \n
- Monitor children's nutritional health, welfare and safety, and identify factors that may impede their progress \n
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development \n
- Attend parent interviews, staff meetings and committee meetings \n
- Participate in community and family support programs as appropriate \n
- Supervise student teachers on placement \n
About You \n
- \n
- Bachelor degree (or higher) qualification in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent recognised qualification \n
- Current early childhood teacher registration (VIT or equivalent), or eligibility to obtain registration \n
- Working with Children Check and any other mandatory clearances \n
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood development \n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, supportive team \n
