The Role
You'll be joining an experienced and collaborative Property Management team, managing a quality residential portfolio from start to finish while receiving the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 100-130 residential properties with assistance
- Maintenance coordination
- Leasing
- Arrears management
- Notices and tenancy leases
- Tribunal preparation and attendance, including QCAT if needed
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Some routine, entry and exit inspections and reports
- Using PropertyMe software
You’ll also be supported by:
- Two Assistant Property Managers who handle routine inspections and provide day-to-day support
- A dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA)
- A hands-on Team Leader who is actively involved in supporting the team
About You
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A current driver's licence
