Active Electrical Distributors is seeking a motivated and highly organised Project Administrator / Co-Ordinator to join our Moorabbin branch.
\n
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role is suited to someone who thrives on communication, organisation and keeping projects moving.
\n
You will play a key role & be highly involved in our projects department by liaising with key contractors and suppliers, coordinating quotations, and ensuring smooth and timely supply of materials to site.
\n
This role is a critical part of our business & we welcome someone who is enthusiastic in maintaining strong relationships and delivering a high level of service to our customers.
\n
Proven experience within the Electrical Wholesale Industry is a must.
\n
Reporting to your Projects Manager your key responsibilities are:
\n
- \n
- Liaising daily with key contractors and suppliers \n
- Prepare and follow up project quotations in a timely manner \n
- Expedite orders and manage supply to ensure project deadlines are met \n
- Coordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveries \n
- Manage phone and email communication efficiently \n
- Track project progress and provide updates to to Senior Management \n
- Assist with pricing, sourcing and product selection \n

You will be a highly organised individual who is confident in working in a fast paced team environment. We require someone who is professional & reliable, has the ability to multitask & has a can-do attitude.
