As we get into the busy time of the years, we are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to represent Sidekicker at popular stadiums, convention centres and conferences in and around Melbourne!

Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Deliver seamless and professional food and beverage service in a corporate or fine dining environment, ensuring a world-class guest experience
\n
• Execute precise table setups and multi-course dining service, with expert knowledge of cutlery use and silver service techniques
\n
• Provide professional beverage service, including wine service
\n
• Maintain the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  
\n

Qualifications: \n

\n
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, fine dining, or corporate hospitality environment
\n
• Proven expertise in silver service and multi-course fine dining protocols
\n
• Strong skills in beverage service (pouring tap beer and handling drink cans), including Champagne presentation and wine etiquette
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with polished and professional English
\n
• High standards of personal presentation, attention to detail, and professionalism
\n
• Experience using a POS system
\n
• Certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
