Tarocash Store Manager - Eastgardens NSW
STORE MANAGER
Lead a team that makes every customer feel confident.
Some of life’s biggest moments start in our fitting rooms — the interview suit, the wedding look, the outfit that makes someone stand a little taller. Our customers come to Tarocash to look the part and feel their best, and we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the team that brings those moments to life.
As Store Manager, you’ll own your store, building a genuine, passionate and high-performing team, creating exceptional customer experiences and driving strong commercial results. This is a role for a leader who loves menswear, develops people, acts on opportunity and delivers consistent execution.

- Have proven retail leadership experience and a strong track record of delivering sales and KPI results
- Can build, coach and inspire a confident, accountable team that succeeds together
- Spot commercial opportunities, act with pace and know how to turn insight into action
- Lead from the front with a genuine, respectful and clear leadership style
- Set high standards, follow through and take ownership of your store, your people and the result
