ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Technician to assist the ICT Department's vision for continuous improvement and a passion to provide excellent support to staff, students and parents for existing systems and services.
\n
The Technician works closely with other members of the Service Desk team to monitor, respond to, and resolve first level service desk tickets, provide excellent service to staff and students at the Service Desk counter, answer phone and email enquiries and keep an up-to-date asset register.
\n
Please note, this is a casual role that will be based at both The King's School campus in North Parramatta and the Tudor House campus in Moss Vale.
