About the Role \n

As a Retail Team Member at Neverland, you'll help bring our brand to life by creating memorable customer experiences every day. You'll work alongside a passionate team, build genuine customer connections, and play an important role in delivering the energy and service we're known for.

Day to Day \n

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through genuine connection and styling advice

• Building customer confidence by creating complete outfit solutions

• Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
\n
• Supporting stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
\n
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals
\n
• Contributing to Neverland's ongoing retail transformation
\n
