FIRE SAFETY ASSESSOR | FPAS ACCREDITED

• Provide a complete range of fire protection, testing, maintenance, compliance and certification services.
• Work across commercial, multi-storey/high-rise, strata, industrial and complex built environments.

Position

• Mostly autonomous role in field WFH and office based.
• Inspect and certify fire measures & works across a Sydney portfolio.
• Verify work completed in conjunction w techs actioning work orders.
• Conduct verification and assessments of applicable essential fire safety measures.
• Assess measures within your relevant FPAS accreditation categories.
• Complete assessments required to support compliance and regulations.
• Review works, existing documentation, previous reports and building information.
• Ensure fire safety measures meet compliance and quality assurance.
• Liaise with building owners, strata managers, facility managers, technicians and contractors.
• Work across commercial, high-rise, strata, industrial and other built environments.
• Generous salary band between $150k - $200k + car + super

Experience needed

• Current FPAS Accreditations across several fire safety measures.
• Experience completing fire inspections/certification in NSW.
• Understanding of essential fire safety measures and fire safety schedules.
• Experience within similar commercial, strata, high-rise, industrial or built environments.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and fire regulations.
• Ability to identify defects and clearly communicate required rectification works.
• Strong reporting, documentation and compliance skills.
• Confident dealing with clients, strata & facility managers, technicians & stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage site inspections and multiple assessments.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel to sites throughout Sydney
